Most of what our software does happens on a phone line, in a Slack or Teams card, or in an email that goes out at 6 AM. You cannot really screenshot that. So we built walkthroughs that play it back step by step, including the part you never see: what the system is doing while the conversation is happening.
QualiConnect is one front office rather than three separate tools. The same product answers the phone, runs the email and the renewal sends, and moves between those channels by itself: an unpaid renewal climbs from an email to a text to a phone call, and a 2 AM emergency call turns into an email, a card in your channel, and a text until somebody picks it up. MAE is the back office. Pick whichever one you were sent here for, and read it as a walkthrough rather than a feature list.
Reading about a voice agent tells you very little. Thirty seconds on the phone with one tells you everything. This is a demo line, so nothing you say books a real job or reaches a real customer.
Ask for a quote. Interrupt it. Talk over it. Give it a made-up emergency and listen to how it changes gear. Sandy is our demo agent, configured the way a contractor's front desk would be, and she is not connected to anybody's real schedule.
Fifteen minutes, screen shared, from your phone or your computer. We run your scenario, not ours: your busiest hour, your worst caller, your renewal list, your team's follow-up problem.
We are careful about what we claim. Here is what is actually running, and we will show you any of it on the call.
Comserv Connect has been Staten Island's trusted IT partner since 2016, built on our founder's more than 25 years of hands-on IT experience. We run managed IT, cybersecurity, and now AI for small and mid-sized businesses across the New York City metro and New Jersey.
Qualiflai is what came out of that. We built these tools to fix our own problems first: our own missed calls, our own follow-up that slipped, our own renewal chasing. Everything on this site runs in our own shop before we sell it to anyone.
Chris Ferrera owns the company and will very likely be on your call. If he is not, Michael will be, and Chris is a text away.
Call the demo line for thirty seconds. Book fifteen minutes if it is worth a closer look. That is the whole funnel.
